Speak positive over your children, pay attention to their strengths and tell them all the time.

You can be greater than what I am. And if you come home and the world has beat you up, I will not shame you. 

Greatness is you.

It's who you are. It's not something you hold in your hand or show off. It's inside you like character.

You rise to it, you grow into it. You get the education, you go far.
