My company is called: remarkable real  llc. Why are you investing in RE? investing in real estate due to family, took advantage of opportunity.


prior to joining Jay Morrison Real Estate academy. since been in the school where is the real estate knowledge? Before a 3, now about a 7. its not where i want it to be, but progressed immensely. 


Jay: no peer pressure in how active you want to be for your legacy. Can you bust a move when you want to?  Ccan you spot an opportunity when you want to? potential 5 figure opportunity. What does that mean, going from being a student to actually taking acting and executing.


I just had to apply the skills you were teaching. 

 

I'm passing the torch to Issac, take the lead and pour it into kings and queens like you. What did Issac offer you?


The system, the skip tracing, all the tools. I got this lead from the tool. 


How was the experience of talking to this buyer from this lead?

We actually texted. now have real estate online mentor assist with the transaction. if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have had a clue.  I said, you want to go in on this deal with me? We should do lesson how to do a lockbox now. 


Jay: How is it getting off online mentor but going in person? to Issac

Issac: Can you do all the work for me? Try the strategies that you have learned and put them into practice. He reached out for me next morning. It's not my job description to come out and help King.

Let me go out there and support him, my goal was to teach him the experience. I was out here checking out the deal. You can tell him how many calls we made, how much the seller wanted.


Seller wanted 190k. We got him down to 140k. King Daul hasn't done a deal yet. He went out after his first deal, he tried it, shot his shot. How much money have you invested into this deal?


$300 for system and marketing and deals. Now we are 50k from the asking price. If he sells it at the asking price, he profits 50k. Not saying its guaranteed or could. Everyone thinks they cant do real estate.


Did you have to pull credit to do a deal? Nope. Tulsa RE Fund funds this deal. or we might be a end buyer and buy the deal from him. We are always looking for deals that we can partner in. He can go out with confidence. We have the cash to fund them. You have real capital behind you. 


Any thoughts 60 days in, Issac, what is it like for you, cash buyers academy. It hasn't been 60 days yet. as an instructor is hard to get results unless you have strong students. The student we got know, they are go getters, they are legacy builders. they want it themselves. King Daryl, I didn't know much about him except for this week. He did all the work. this is the first time bothering me in all this time. just come through and be my deal instructor. after we closed the deal, that was amazing how you asked questions and how you constructed the deal without making offer. its more then RE, its a family. How much stronger is your mindset is. that's 50% of what we talk about.

mindset plus the strategy, I'm excited for the rest of the year. More Kings and Queens have a better foundation under them. I'm pumped up. 

Jay: you don't have to do thousands of deals are year. its a pandamedic, it could be another source of income. even 10k in a year. it would be worth it, the time you invest. It's not about turning everybody into a RE investor. It's just hussling land,  learning how to flip a house. learning how to build a multi billion dollar fund. some want to be landlord, mailbox money. some want to be Mr. fix and flip. pick your spot in the industry, but learn the basics. Learn the keys to this door.
