Go find someone that has a good product and service, partner with them and take it through the roof. This talk is about 3 things. Scaling is all about individuals growing their personal, professional, goals.

Tiny business and huge is they have learned to do that for other people. Master it yourself so that you can teach it for other. Create capacity. Through developing so that you can execute. 

It's that simple. who wants to win? Put win in the chat.

Grant's commitment is to bring you knowledge, to bring you resources. To bring you structure. Choose to take action that allow you to succeed. Your own innate ability to create confidence in yourself. 

Our job is to give you the tools, belief, resources. Take action, creates a results. You wont take any action, you have know knowledge or cognition to know what did work and what didn't work.

I'm responsible to use these words. my job to remind people the approach in teaching other to do is the only way to succeed. Must have accountability in that. You can't wing it and do what they want to do. Trouble. Once you know that something works.

8 to 15. Whatever process you have around that needs to work, needs to keep working.

Leadership you have created. Hold people to those core values.

Top 10 percent of most successful are you allowed an opinion with what must be changed. This is how you build a business. Between 25 to 35 million. The systems you put in place.

45-55 leadership that holds people accountable. Grant said in order to change anything, you must have the courage. You must have the confidence, you must have the commitment. then you must convert. That is what happens when you choose to take action. Advance forwards. This is not what these business owners do. 

Grant: I want you to be more successful, with you or thought you. We are 50/50 in this company. Improve yourself, take risks. if you are not willing not take risks, why would I take risk? You are willing to borrow money, all successful people do that. 25 mil in debt, no cash. He went all in. You have to go all in to get the big scores. Most people are watching football. 2. you are here all 3. you are taking notes. That's how I met him, I got in the room. Let's do something big!

The seed you put now is what is going to grow into your future. if you only talk about your problems, what wrong in the past, that's not going to get you there. what you talk about and what you do is what you are known for. I want to be known for impacting the lives of millions of people. I chose to help business owners. We put so many people to work. I chose to work through developing other leaders. 

1 thing for a leader, a role. I adore about Grant Cardone. The role of a leader is to make other people's success easy. It's the only role. 

Leadership: You have to learn it develop it. Scaling is taking your abilities and transferring it to other people. That's all you have to do.  Core values, in the book here. Inspirationg, discipline, accountability, alignment, results. 

Inspiration- you gotta be inspiring. Say, hey remember what we are doing here. We document 

The reason we train every morning is to elevate their confidence. It goes from me having a problem to we have a problem. Here's what it means to you. Alignment. Your goals and my goals need to meet. We need to go forth and conquer. You get that? Me leadership and it takes it to me. 

Elevating your belief about what is possible. The higher you believe, the higher you achieve. I'll believe it when I see it. Put action behind it. Operational effectiveness. More you are able to execute was x pitch last night. Hire the best 3 people that pitched. You want to hire them. Those people decided to create that in their life. Bringing them into the programs with you. Develop your people. The higher and more effective you are enforces your belief in what you are. bigger, better, faster. yOu start learning how to convert, third party touch, get second sale. all of a sudden you say what has happened? my belief has gone through the roof. Life is created. You must intentionally pick a high target and that's the point of a 10x rule. Scale is iming what you have. Rapid expansion of what works. Business do not train every morning, D'tduplicate the best of what works. 

Teach people to win. Here is what you are going to get out of it. Get them exited about the result of winning This business goes out of business because they do not do what Grant teaches. Promote why banks want to lend to you. Promote, promote, promote. Also, make money. That's what we teach. Understand the process that got you there. Adding more people. Once you add peopleyou simply follow the steps. SCALE PROGRAM. model, mimic and master with people you bring into your system.
