a part of me

its bringing up in me

more things than just memories

There is the attraction

and the way you speak and how

you fascinate me with every word

The way when I say something 

you back away, apologetically

So agreeable

So great

But not for me

No, and I am not for you

I like church and Jesus

you always hated that

And you like to smoke and drink

I will always hate that in a partner

Us talking together

Makes us confront the fact

of being around someone that we are attracted to

But we know that we can never have

Its like window shopping, 

I don't do that anymore
