Absolutely key to success is a team. CPA, life insurance agents. you need to have a whole team around you to be successful. you are a master at this right. you always stay CEO. you analyu as CEO and you choose which spot you are going to invest in. 

You bought chipotle, at $500 a share. his vision is clerar and he communicated it well to the team. when it went up, trap house is jumping. take that same knowledge, if you break down your team and you hire your own people. seasoned investors, all over the internet. i dont care who you follow. they all have a successful team. they all know who to call to get the money, when they have the money.

Big bank loan officer. what kind of program do you have to help me grow a portfolio? most people only think of that one deal. they are not thinking about deal #2,3,4,5. they wrong loan officer are only thinking about deal 1. the way you structure deal 1 is how you structure deal 2,3,4. etc. you need to think about the 10th deal.
