I'm such a foodie. How much I used to love meat, dairy, cheese. All of it has come from my mind. Training myself not to desire those things anymore. Change the way you think about those things.
For me too, I have to put an image in my mind. cardboard. I see eating chips as eating cardboard.
milk, I don't want cow pus. I don't want inflammation. If I see, roast beef I now see it as pieces as an arm. I think of it being a piece of an arm. I don't want it.
Starch is damaging to your inside. its a binder. attaches to. Causes inflammation. body doesn't break it down. It's eating pieces of something that has no value to it. you have to make your own associations by the way.
Romain lettuce, hydration and water. I am putting life inside my body.
7) canola oil, stay away from chips. synthetic effect of canola oil. they try to say its good for you. once you know how destructive something is, it helps you go.
