Field trainer. training people outside of your direct people. opportunity to have leads sent to you. good at developing somebody in the business. We don't talk about that, as much. touch on that a little bit tonight.

I'm full believer in all of that. vital important. having a well oiled free. leads for free, own effort. you are doing the right thing. people can trust you to deliver the content, information and value. confident enough to be given the value and ask for the sale.

He is so empathetic. little wild, he's just so but that's how he gets more business now. he got really good at that. people trust him. he trains people in and out of his team.

start identifying who in our team wants to go broker because we need the help. we need to identify those people. we need to start that next phase too. excited to get you some money. building a client based business. little bit different for everybody. excel and succeed at what you want to do.

Tony Dorgan- did more of the broker model. bigger installments shut down during the holidays. you still dependent on commissions. I utilize this time to launch this business in full. becoming a field trainer and adding value everywhere I can. 

Ivan- how many KDPs have you watched? Couple of field trainers today. Follow up with my brother. First closed piece of business. do a practice ADP with one of us acting as your client and maybe one of them, trainee.

Ivan-  i cant openly market due to conflict with other business. bi weekly type of value add webinar on Zoom. we can record I'm gonna start this thing called Mortgage Mondays 2 to 5 videos. Little extra value add. bring in people. 30 minutes to 45 minutes. One of them could be about money, finance. audiecne s going to be top people and their clients. agents making millions a year. agents in entertainment industry, etc. bring that eventually to our team, so that we can grow. everything is equitable.

"Have you ever heard of cashflow banking, you need to talk to my friend." Ivan- triple it by offering a financing strategy too. Premium financing with Pact. Resources and stuff in their website. All depends on their structure. first 5 years, you put in k. we put in 100k we're done. in 15 years, now premium bank is paid off at the end of that. instead of client putting in. they are putting in 150k a year. idk. 

you control who you publicly attract through your marketing. support you to help you get the clients that you need very much. all they can afford is term policy. a lot of work. one aspect of assisting team takeover. strategic. wanted to see how different how dayshops would work their businesses. triple the amount of recruits. half the amount of money. 

L1g hours, hard work, see potential. also writing decent size policies that clients want. want to implementcollege but target market that fits with personality, people you want to work with. triple amount of people. leadership style and everything like that. extremely cold people, no real relationship involved there. more warm network recruiting. have the commonality. quality over quantity for sure. multimillion dollar opportunity. 

Positioned yourself to get out of your job. fill in the blank, whatever it is for them. to become a millionaire.
