You always have a choice!
Do choices that is in alignment with the things that you say you want. Don't flip flop around.
The anchor has to be you have to have your eye on what you actually want long term, and make choices from there. With that said, when I'm traveling, at this point, this is what I'm doing. I'm a foodie. I'm gonna have the food figured out, big priority.
I trained myself instead of going for a bunch of garbage, now its not a thought. this is what I do. I make these choices without having to think on it. this is where we need to get to.
When I travel, I bring this container (huge). before I travel, all that is going bad in the fridge, I make a plate. Take this with me in the airport. They don't let you take liquids, but they will let you take this.
Have a plan! The challenge follows you.
Third eye and eye, your perspective. the more you progress in this lifestyle. you see options you didn't see before because you weren't looking for them.
I can look for these natural stores, look for them! Make a commitment, then you don't find excuses. we find solutions, we navigate them.
Being able to adapt to whatever is going on. I don't want to hear no excuses. With confidence, you can make it work. Will you make it work? That is what you will decide and us to support us with.

Me moving. for me, it was childbirth. natural birth. deepest, darkest corner of the universe. I thought I was going to die, now I got a little person walking around because of that. I made it happen. i put my mind to it.
When you align your heart with your willpower, and having a vision. heart- you really desire it, you really want it. you will intact, I want to do this. Use all three of those with this challenge. Vision of self love and act on it. It's a decision. I am willing to take action.

Transition to the community part. share what are the things that you would like to start and stop. make it singular, one thing to start and one to stop. habits for 21 days. express because there is power in that. Speak it and write it with your actually handwriting.
