Did I write today ( a bit, not toward the book). Spent time today teaching Alex a lot of things. Went on walk, then to bubble tea place then McDonalds then I talked to lady. Saw Rosa, want to find her real estate.

This morning, filed for the LLC. next actionable step from Steve. Looked up video on Youtube, hired registered agent (required in Georgia). operating agreement and all that stuff, it didn't' say anything. I also changed my last name on my Discover card. It will come soon in the mail.

I had Alex go over Prodigy, also downloaded Zoom on his laptop for his appointment. So I was able to work out of the couch while he did that with the doctor. 

Doug Pete got me thinking about my next home and how to acquire it. 

Dough, last night Neo mentioned me and he was talking to Wall Street Trapper. That was amazing. I just did what he said to do, leave voice messages. and he listened to it and it led to a sale. Wall Street Trapper, trying to get him the payment. sent him a message, message the site and left them an email. Nothing yet. 

Steve- accountant of Neo. I feel like everyone I associate is in Philly. I want to a video, cover video. 

We go from room, exposing each person's business. 

Justin, you the brand now. need good editor. need to pitch up the guys. 

Just need 15 minutes of content of them doing what they do. It's like we walk in to their house, we see them working. See what they do. Combinaton of 'MTV Cribs from the 90s' to a video I saw where you see a ' Day in the Life' series. 

It's a 5 minute commercial of all of their business. 
Breakdown day by day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Weekend.

We see them in what they used to do. 

Neo, in a food truck, giving away, eating rice and gravy. going back to grandma's 

got it: past and future.

Their day when they struggled. 

Now, their new days.

Hooking Up

When I was in college, there was something called 'hooking up.'  I'm not sure if people still use the term now, but back then it was an inconspicuous term. It could mean anything. When you asked your roommate, 'so what happened between you and the guy last night?'  And she would reply 'We hooked up.' It could mean anything from first base all the way up to home run.  It could mean a kiss, it could mean that they did it raw. Who knows?  You would have to ask a series of  follow-up questions to get to the bottom of what happened. I find it interesting in today's day and age the way women and men treat each other. Seems like no one wants responsibility. Where are the good men that stay until the morning and call the next day?  Where are the good women that can cook and keep a house? New Girl

I remember watching this show, and then reading a commentary.  The commentary said, seriously never move in with guys on an  apartment ad you found on craigslist.  How insane is that?  I thought. I would never do that! Then I got lawyered (How I Met  Your Mother reference). The situation of me having to get out of  the house by the 1st has me on a scavenger hunt for an apartment  in New Brunswick. Right now what's available (and that I can  afford)  is the place I saw yesterday with 2 guys (how desperate  am I that I  answered the ad?)  Location wise, it's cool. A  walk from Easton Ave and the train station but far enough that it's  still boom-docky).  It's like suburban except it's 15 minutes away  from the city, not half an hour.  So yeah $450 rent, utilities average  $15 to $20 a month. Doable for ...
