Grant Cardone ENCORE 9am
Whos' got my oatmeal?
Who's got my audience? Who's got my money?
Idea: pitch to inventors on Silicon Valley.
Invest in me so that I can develop a free service, so every young girl around the world gets confidence.
How? Create a virtual background and we talk about this, talk about confidence.
They can log in everyday. Create a website. Create a virtual platform, we can broadcast around the world.
Get in touch with people that have already done it. Get on the same frequency.
What is a payoff? If payoff wasn't the end of?
What is your intention? Stay focused on what you came here for.
How to scale, write my second book, convert the 174 views into paying customers.
Payoff big enough for you?
What are you so excited that I would walk on grass? Go anywhere?
Payoff is not big enough.
My payoff, a girl reading my book, listening to my podcast, listening to the morning affirmations and she learns to try new things, accomplish more, be confident.
How are we going to get you where you want to go?
No more staying small.
Their money problem is your money problem. the girls I want to help, their money problems are your money problems. they don't work . i need to create a free platform, all they need to go is log in and have someone pay for the cell phone plan or internet.
Who has got investors? No, not yet? Customer, employees? Boss?
How many of those 4 can you check off? Friends. You want to go to St Barts with friends. now you got 5 groups. Write those 5 groups down. Who got kids?
You do not have a debt problem. I'm gonna get you into more debt. Use debt to build wealth -Robert Kiyosaki.
31 million collect 90 percent of all the income. Where are they at? I want Sabrina to grow up with. Come up with some new ideas. Who are you dating? Who do you sleep with? Who do you party with? What kind of Zoom meetings are you attending? Whos' in your group? How do they think?
10 percent own 80% of the wealth in America. I started making new decisions when I saw these numbers.
Poverty- buying basics, use debt to consume not to invest.
middle class- most oppressed group in the world. the middle class. these are poor people who think they are rich. Depending on where they live. They are worried about money all the time. If you had prosperity, you would not be worried about money. worry about my kids, my marriage, my health. you shouldn't have to worry about money. there is plenty of money.
It's like worrying about sticky notes. I'm worried about legal pads. I got legal pads issue. I gotta save sticky notes, they are going to help me when I'm old.
Buy a home, don't buy a home rather than invest in themselves or a business. It's not that you own a home, its that you own a home and you don't own a business. if you had intention of owning a business. building a business, building a brand, becoming known across the world. you took your energy instead of building something that could take care of you forever.
These people are country club rich. they drink good wine, and they go no nice trips. They are consumed with paying off everything. consumed with the idea. they have retirement accounts, they probably wont live long enough to use. probably got some real estate. they are the upper middle class.
One other group. only group i would tell you to tell you to remotely worry about being is the wealthy. they never have to worry about money again, ever. They have enough money to say, Steve, I just made you a millionaire. They can pay their employees above what other people can pay them. They can tell a customer, they have enough money to tell a customer, go away.
If all your customers lived up here, would live be easier for you? What class do you want to get in? for me, wealth class. you will never change your money until you look at this everyday. Where do you want to be? Where do you deserve to be? Where does your family need you to be? Seriously!
You will need money along the way. Let's fix this first.
