I own this property outright, spent 45k. its worth 60k. my net worth went up. and i owe credit card company 25k. do you think I'm gonna refi and give my money away and pay this credit card back?

That's what we are taught to think and no. i get tradeline and I make the bank pay itself. i make tradelines to pay back the credit card company. cashflow 1500 a month for my bank account or my child's trust fund. I'm gonna own my property free and clear. I'm gonna install the Tv. I can charge you a little bit more. Tvs are already installed. Its just about the things that we know and about the information that people tell us. 

Real estate is not that aggressive. Alex, shows trucking portal. 45k get into trucking and doing 20k a month. meanwhile, you own your truck outright. off having truck just off leveraging your credit. This is how we take it to the next level. it's just about having a financial foundation that lets us take it up a notch. that's how we learn to leverage our investment credit cards.
