1st thing I do is breathing in and meditation. First energy I consume throughout the day.
what inspired me in wellness journey?
List of what you should consume:
Whole plants, high raw as much as you can do.
Alkaline food, living foods as you can
Sunlight, sleep, grounding. keep your holistic and natural.
No animal in the wild.
Protein- propaganda of it. It was marketed for people to consume meat. Freud took psychology teaching and behavior marketing. he worked with the meat industry, created government guidelines for protein. from very skilled psychological campaign. got milk, milk is good for bones. literally is programming. they have heard it so many times. without actually looking into it.
It doesn't work like that. You are not, a mechanical machine like that. You gotta get into multiple people at the same time. If you are doing like something very specific like bodybuilding you need exact ratios, calories, etc. If you are just living, you don't really need to go so much into the quantitative health. calories in, calories out. old school bodybuilding.
holistic health you are not going to maintain decades of stuff.
Carnivore, its different you wont have that digestive fiber. protein deficient is starting. daily calories are not protein deficient. build above and beyond.
Reason why they sleep 20 hours a day. they have to do that. when you eat a big traditional meal you have the Idis, there is a reason for that. versus when you eat a lighter living meal. you are still on the go. that alone is such a message.
