ASH CASH: Shifts that you have seen in entertainment and what pivot have you taken?

TI: I watched a direct to consumer industry. have a device, way to contact the person that you want to reach. no middle man. that's the biggest shift. how to adapt? learned to listen to technology. you had to go people like la reid, dame dash, gatekeepers and ask how do i reach the masses? how do i get my video on BET? or Mtv? now its you and your cell phone. that's the shift within the shift.

ASH CASH: 

DJ ENVY: for me it was learning longevity, no 401k you gotta create it. they dont have the same because they didnt plan for that. i do a show with charmalegne we might say something and we may not have a job. Angela yee curses like a sailor we might not have a job, so we have put other things in place so that it doesnt matter. 

DAMON DASH: Mentality change. coolest thing in the world was to be signed. now it became very cool to be independent. also giving a 360 experience. because of internet you have a direct relationship with the artist. step up your visuals. everything is streaming. no physical sale. i always thought it was logical for artist to have a subscription service. rolling stones have been doing that for decades. so many different ways to make money. shifting to Web3, a whole land to be colonized. we must be literate. 

We are now smarter. we wanted to be proud that some white man owned us. thats not the cool shit no more. the cool shit is to own your own. 

ASH CASH: you talking about Web3, owning land, TI and envy owning land. why is it important to own real esate?

TI: (audio is out) As it grew, I just went. Continue to build. seeing ho w many good news i could put my money to. i see how much value not such myself but others build. (?)

ASH CASH: shift into real estate

retirement plana and me having 6 kids. i wanted them to be happy. mom father hated their job. i wanted no matter what, 370 units i have right now. and that supports them. what i learned what instead of getting them a gift i buy them a property. i teach them how to run it. my daughter goes to real estate development. she's buying she's getting contractors, flooring and paint. life is short. live it out. Stress causes stress, diabetes, that was my way to create generational wealth and freedom. 

ASH CASH: Cesar was telling me he got her daughter a property instead of a Sweet 16 and now she's a landlord at 16. 

ASH CASH: YOU USEd to give a chain to join (?). now  from rock chain to the block chain 

DAMON DASH: when you own something you make your law within those 4 walls. that's the problem. its not ours. automatically become a boss, to fight racism. kciking it in (florida?) they not used to seeing a black boss. i dont feel racism. they seem so opressed. if my boss was a racist, that would be hell. he controlled my money that would suck. when you are a boss they cant even show you they are racist, i dont have to feel it, i'll just fire you. and they are not used to it. 

if we are the landlord and you have ownership, make the laws. then the world is a better place because culturally we wouldn't lead with fear, we would lead with love. any way you can get it. 

i have tax problems. no credit. very hard to get credit with no co-sign for you. but you can buy credit. gather a property, take loan against the property now you made your own credit. it puts you in the game. damn credit is whack. I'm learning that its important. but you gotta own something to have credit. not renting and owning means everything. looking a certain way just so that people can look a certain way doesnt matter if you don't own where you live. 

As it relates to Web3, people get loans to buy land in Web3. We gotta be landlord in Web3. Only 12% of the world understand this world. Don't be the ones that don't know. be an owner so that you can be part of the narrative. i have land and network. the Youtube of the metaverse and it can do all type of shit. 

It's called NETVOK. I built a museum, architect, get land to build it on. its crazy what you can do on web 3. 

You gotta be able to touch the world without touching anybody. and that's the metaverse.

ASH CASH: national tours teaching about real estate, still out of hesitation in people trying to get ownership. you have created something now which will open the door. talk a little bit about that for us. 

DJ ENVY: me and Ceasar would do the tour. the seminars paying 10k for a seminar. to piss them off i started doing seminars for $99 and only cover the building. its like car sales. they tell you waht they want to hear but they don't own shit. we wanted to change that. teach about credit, hard money lending, using someone else' money. break down contractor, next market, MILKWAKKE BUY CHEAP CRIB FOR 5K.  where to find the properties. so many people still so scared. Let's create a platform where people dont have to be fearful. if you buy a house, go in there and find a contractor. we did it so that you can invest on the stie. little at a $100. see how it works. See how your money is spread. you get money every month on tenants. and that's what we wanted to teach people. 

They can see why we picked the colors, buy the wood floors, cabinetry, learn how to do it. It's called FLIP TO DAO. hopefully they can teach their family. its a way for people to learn. they get a share of that property if we sell that property.

dude has a bank in his school. has grocery store, a beauty supply. i gave him a distribution, now he's the plug. he has better car than the drug dealer. so the kids will listen to him. leverage that celebrity for real superheroes. that are fighting for us that no one know that they existed.

having unapologetic people that fight for us, have to be in power. I'm part of the commission. running for mayor in Gary, Indiana. runs a hospital. 2 therapist to foster kids and speak therapy in our language. artist to win a public official office in Newark, in the whole country.

TI; tablet will offer Wifi and services to areas that try to keep information away from us. most in the hood don't have proper Wifi service. have the govt subsidize some things in our community that are necessary. MULU MOBILE, use mobile tech and resources to those who need them most. 

ASH CASH: you wrote a book on love.

WIFE has been there. we do it together. she comes up with an idea we try it. sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't. juice bar, water company. whatever it may be. she honestly cares. she doesn't do it out of... she tells me how she feels. babe, go get a haircut. be honest with that person when it comes to life, family, and business. and because of that it always works. 

ASH CASH: importance of having a strong partner

TI: that's the anchor. a soundboard,  a solid other half . and someone that can steer you back. path of progression that you are with. we all need balance. balance us with solidarity, love with compassion. that the cornerstone of success to me. 

DAMON DASH: I've always looked at women as God because (cheers in crowd). in a logical level, God is creator of life, women create life. I know how history manipulated people that are strong, men are messing up that whole narration that physical strength is more powerful than creating life. a woman will fight for you, she will care for you. Finding your best friend, should not be anybody but the person you are creating a life with.  a man should pay for everything and show that to his daughter so that she won't accept any less. I use to deal with women and a lot of them. i fell i love and I lost my girl. i never expected to go through that type of pain. being able to recognize that feeling in someone else. maybe i wouldn't know what love really was and how to recognize it.

What comes with love is responsibility. when you find your best friend find the way to spend most time with them. if your man doesn't make your dreams come true, that's not your man. and the person that does, that's the one she's gonna love. One out of 5, raising my child unobstructed. If you are man, know your job. Because a real man does. 

ASH CASH: what kind of mindset do you need to deal with the ups and downs and different transitions success takes you to.

TI: You gotta believe more in yourself than the doubt that is going to fill int he air. You gotta speak success into existence. doesn't seem tangible, you gotta lead with example. be tenacious. first one there, last one to leave. be lead by faith. lead by faith, also you gotta deal with the pain that comes with not having things the way you want it. surround yourself with people that are just as strong in the HUMILITY is mindset that will allow all those things to happen consistently. Be honest with yourself. not trying to look like something that you are not. not able to do things that you can.t honest with yourself and the rest of the world. continue to execute until it comes unto fruition.

DJ ENVY: STARTS with faith, praying every morning. motivation, who's in your circle. motivating you or putting you down. you heard from everybody. you understand how they got in the game. does that motivate you? when I was a kid the dates with my wife we would drive by wealthy areas and look for motivation. i look at businesses Yyler he created, the jobs that he created for our people. that's something like no other. TI and the things he does. I never speak to him about music. when is the next place you invest in? where's the building? where you going next? that's what I wanna now?

Dame, when are you coming back to Breakfast Club. that show is outlet to the community. yeah we chatty patty but we also put the things about mental health, relationships, stocks, investing. put the medicine in the candy. 

ASH CASH: you cannot visualize losing. your philosophy around things you want to manifest in this world.

DAMON DASH: 

1ST Dimension is the dream. everything is perfect. what i find, nobody dreams. 

you need team to make it happen.

2nd dimension- have to make it happen in the physical. find people to fight for it with you.

4th dimension- anything i do in oxygen (real world) i make sure i do it in the digital. a lot of definitions they need to be made and be made by us. that visualization must be perfect. 

Possibility you lost of you can? no losing on your dream. its fighting until you win. its a nightmare until its a dream. 

ASH CASH: any last words?

TI: took first step, willing to open their ears and minds up to new information to go apply for their benefit. anything that we have done or plan to do we are example that you can do it. no one could have taught me what I'm doing right now. i had to learn as i went. as i set out on my journey i met people like Envy, earn your leisure, dame, to share things to improve in your journey. at the end, you guys ahve everything you need to make it where you are trying to go.

DJ ENVY: just a kid from queens, NY. I wasn't taught how to invest, how to do real estate. only taught to go school and work. now there are people you can call upon. Atlantic city, milwakke, detroit, Chicago, Obama library in Chicago. auction.com and hubshoo. places where we get most of our stuff.

DAMON DASH: In closing, this lane of people wanting to be better and evolve. the only reason to learn is to teach and this is a great thing. in school they never teach you how to be rich. to get money or keep money. It's been decades. we all have history in different decades. what he was thanking me for was in the 90s. but we are still here. because we keep dreaming. we are always inspired. the challenge is to have a bigger dream, once you make a bigger dream. life is nothing without something to fight for. 

Break the life algorithm. its study of behavior patterns. We already see, they divide and conquer and at the end of the day we just complain about what they don't give us. It's time for us to take. so this web 3 , oxygen world, all we need is each other. have a dream, and fight for it.
