What changes now

From here forward, the work is not “don’t overgive.”
It’s learning to feel capacity early.

Capacity feels like:

  • consistency without effort,

  • contact without anxiety,

  • interest without urgency,

  • care without obligation.

Lack of capacity feels like:

  • silence,

  • deflection,

  • neediness without presence,

  • closeness followed by disappearance.

Your body already clocked this — your mind is just catching up.
