2) He got 60k from the funding. 

3) lady got a box truck, son is going to be driving it. made the jump was inspired by Newt. Newt took box truck class decided not to go that route. 

4) she got 2 sons, with the properties. she got the restoration course. she wants to see what its supposed to look like. Newt will do property tour soon.

5) what's your end goal? cc, properties, trucking, all business ventures. where do you see yourself?

Freedom and mobility. going after that cashflow. just to teach, going forward after he's set. create that mobility. 

6) what comes with the investment program? real estate from start to finish. pre construction, construction, post construction. 

Newt was talking to Calvin-a lot of ppl post RE on IG and if you ask them  how many properties are vacant, you'll be surprised. that's not doing real estate. i dont have any vacancies. feb 14th. none of the buildings are vacant. Bri does property management. She automates everything. They calling a business number. 

7) I am ready to investment. what I always wanted, was real estate, for a long time now and she's in NY. she can travel 

8) very chaotic, refugee mission. trucking business. the service plan on it, maintenance plan, quaterly, or going by the mileage. My drivers work 3 weeks, 1 week off. 1 driver has no one. sister died. 32 hour reset on the road. only working 3 weeks out of the month. every week we do PMs. ever 25,000 miles. that's industry standard. to be honest. the trucks are older. i do my PMs maybe every 10,000 to 15,000 miles. in 4 weeks it can be 10,000 miles. 9) Bri- update on marketing something.

last night in Target, he saw 2 of them. they are black card. new MS plays he's been running on them.  the card is gift card and says debit card. they are reloadable. no dollar amount, i make the pin the last 4 of the card. the black ones are done because maybe too many people ran that play. 

I'm telling you the features of it. no reward points, because i didn't make a purchase. if i put 2k i dont get reward points because its not a purchase it. ain't no fee. 

If anyone has issues with the videos. we are in communication with Youtube so that should be resolved in a couple of days.

11) Income tax, you have to have income.  I didn't file for 51 LLCs they didn't make me money but I got money from them. you don't get taxed on funding because its not income.

13) when trucking gonna be available? how fast they 10 of them move. connections with dealerships. they got truck and trailers. at least 5 trucks and get the other pieces. all 10 people are not ready to go. They got their truck and trailer. those people are in first batch, they go through and through. if they got questions they have my #. new people would come on and go through that channel. 

14) trucking? got 6 trucks. equipment, truck and trailer 60 to 65k.  If you got 60 to 65k you will have to go. Then make 3k weekly, net. going through the program with you, leasing to his dot. 

15) non profit is worth doing? write grant and incorporate you getting paid from the grant. there's a lot of tax benefits. you need to have a plan with it. and find a way to get that government money. 

16) I done put 4k on those cards before. on gift cards. Newt gets the ones that have no limit on them. 

No reward points when reloading a gift card, because its not a purchase. only get reward points for purchases. ACME is a grocery store in inner city. 7500, 3 percent cash back on grocery store. get the card, get the reward points. get 3 gift cards, go to walmart and get money orders. its at a grocery store. 

I havent seen them. my reaction when she took me to that outlet near her house. jersey shore outlet, near Neptune. 

17) credit union play. a line of credit with the credit union, decent credit needed of course. line of credit comes from credit union. have bank account and line of credit account. move money from line of credit to the bank account. now you owe your line of credit. use the credit card to pay back the line of credit. use my navy federal cc, using easy pay. they give 3% on purchases. use cc to pay back line of credit, then move the money from your 

personal line of credit  to bank account

20) have a business bank account, make at least 3k a month through that business account and I can get you a bag. 3 months of bank statements, that's it. 

Entrepreneur no reason going to your personal account. personal account if you want to get a mortgage as a personal residence.

21) I get trucks from arrow and select trucks. you can wire it to me and buy my truck, it doesnt have to be a dealership. 

22) got trailers? yes 6 trucks and 6 trailers. one trailer is getting serviced. you buy them or rent them out? he buys them.

23) got vehicle. got 75k through navy fed with runway. he wants to refinance the loan. under his business account. him having income coming in even though its not through the business will they still use that income? yeah I believe so. the underwriters can be tricky. stay in his ground. you see that money coming in, I am the owner of the business.
