2) Freight Guard- it's not forever. It means someone is delivering freight late, its like a black list. It's not reliable. 

3) 3 updates a day, when you do get a load. hey we're there. we picked up. we're in route. we are done. those are it. 

Justin: I used to do uber freight. they would call even if i put updates. they call at 11pm.

I would email them, it would be okay. (with most brokers).

a lot of people dont know how to communicate, when they find someone that does its valuable. 

4) terminable offense: denying too many loads. it happens with box trucks. people that pay 50k for their truck they value the opportunity. 

b. pick up the phone call. when i call, i need to talk right away. 

c. carrier doing the right thing and its not a good carrier, just leave them alone. 

d. that money ,you not letting the money come on time. auto charge. credit card authorization. stripe email, you forward to charge the card on the weekly. 


Amir: got flyer and have to get a bait load. I wanted to send bait load with it.

Melissa is good, booking loads for the 2 trucks.  Loads were Oregon to NJ. 

best times to book loads?

8am load. live updates. 9am office. 930 it turns. 745 to 8am start looking. 

530pm brokers leave office. 

how much to earn?

trucking tribe 8-12k a week. 

If I had 10 trucks, i would give them 7%. just off that should be making 8k a week easy.  then marketing would be crazy. 

2022 I'm not same person I was when I started. 1k on  IG, everyone is going to see it. but you gotta build up to that. 

Amina: i need to do flyer and do email marketing and how to start text marketing?

Sendingblue has it on there. text message is basic, 3 sentences. dispatch we do (types of trucks) text message sites like text message now etc. you can pay and text 25k people for $12. that's another motive. 

Try one, see how it goes before you go to the next. Most of them are singular, not integrated into an email.

more appealing to me now, how did you begin to do dispatch?

I went through a 3pl. Landstar is a trailer company. you gotta book your own freight that's how i started dispatch. I owned 3 trucks and a trailer. what was your mindset to start it?

i'm a truck driver now. i got the experience. i know how the dispatching goes, what did you do to get up and running?

Justin: my mindset was i dont need to have 200 just be the best at dispatching. if you got 10 people. let me learn basics, scale it and grow. i like that its home based.  i had one kid back then, i already had a careeer. i drove trains, locomative engineer with that comes  alot. you are home 

suicides, psychological anguist of it all. people jumping the tracks. i got the 'good job'. never home with my baby. i started dispatching and processing is similar betwee landcaster. dont book a load until you see whats coming out of that area. i did the mistake. the only thing you gotta learn is marketing, once you get good at it. 

im not teaching you, this is a marketing class. get good at dispatching then build up to marketing. 

Trey: using money from train career to.

Justin: first money for my truck came from real estate. 

trey: i wanted to get the transition. job to buying trucks, with 3pl. then did dispatching on his own.
