 2 year old LLC- 49,999 no doc loan

200k in 4 banks.

BANKS DONT LEND TO DBA. 

If you take your service out of the LLC, I already gave you 200k. then another 200k for this one and this one and this one. (different LLCs). I gave you a million.

no doc loan, articles, ein, diminute loan. minute notes. You should have a meeting with your company every 90 days, even if its talking to yourself. 


split this 25 with 15k. wait 30-60-90 days,. took 15 cared, came back to get 25k on 1 card, 25 one antoher card.

95-5 the banks do not require any financial information for anyone that has less than 5% ownership of the company. 95% of the business, you take 5%. you go back to the bank and get that 2 million.

It's a seller type business. You don't have to do what everybody else is doing. 

Stop buying a house that you want and start buying a house that you need.

1st property buy FHA. only 3.5% down. 300k at 3.5 is 10,500. I could have bought a house last year with the money. buy multi family property instead of single family.

5 year forgiveness program. they'll give you another 10k. 

Get the settlement get (money) plus key to your spot. 


4 unit squad. live on 1st unit. 2k a month. other unit is 1k plus. 2 units are paying your mortgage. 1200 for the year. 10 of those, who's going to work? who's going to work? 

REAL ESTATE WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE. 

FHA. how often can you use? 

Everytime you close your file? stay there for 1 year. transfer fha loan to conventional (convinience?) loan to your LLC then do the play. 

OWN NOTHING, CONTROL EVERYTHING. 

Never put a property on your name. why? when you transfer it, it wont report to your personal credit report.

Hooking Up

When I was in college, there was something called 'hooking up.'  I'm not sure if people still use the term now, but back then it was an inconspicuous term. It could mean anything. When you asked your roommate, 'so what happened between you and the guy last night?'  And she would reply 'We hooked up.' It could mean anything from first base all the way up to home run.  It could mean a kiss, it could mean that they did it raw. Who knows?  You would have to ask a series of  follow-up questions to get to the bottom of what happened. I find it interesting in today's day and age the way women and men treat each other. Seems like no one wants responsibility. Where are the good men that stay until the morning and call the next day?  Where are the good women that can cook and keep a house?
