Email list- sendingblue, mailchimp, fivver and hire someone to do email marketing. 3 times a week, monday, wednesday and Friday. get in front of 5k a week. primary means.

Website automated to shoot out the marketing, response with emails and flyers. they will open up carrier packet, fill out 2-3 things and dont fill out the rest. cold call. how many people is your email list? 4,000 a day. 

Fedex or amazon relay? drivers inquire about those. amazon relay, can haul certain things. i'll dispatch you off that board. I wouldnt use that as a marketing tool. We don't have to talk to anybody.   

17th following is 7th of January. 

go down every load, call ever broker in the list (from DAT board). do you have a load supported for this? 250 miles home every day. if we dont get a hit, we know not much we can do for the guy. even if it takes 2 hours to call every single one.

Melvin Rowe- looking for carrier. Slave Logistics, 2 weeks free they have a platfrom they give you a list of new carriers. 2 weeks free then $100 a month. you can reach out to carriers with new authority. If you sign up, carrier with x amount of trucks, new carrier in your area. hit up the ones with 3 or more trucks.  hire a virtual assistant to cold call these as needed. up and running for 2-3 months, used to be brokers and they are really lit. Sling Logistics. 

Justin- hauls nothing over 25,000 pounds. to protect the equipment. trucking is not the only thing i do, its the only thing i talk about. i dont do over 600 miles. chassee (what that means?) power only at the port.  get is a broker that is good with communication, 

-factoring, some carriers just do it. or other person is $20 per load. 4-5 loads a week, it adds up.

-dedicated freight. go with an incentive. what is the going rate. look up the 7 day, 15 day, 30 day, gives you an average. secret: dedicated freight because of the schedule. you cannot have access to the dat board, now its open to all of us as long as we pay. dat board doesnt want to do that. trucks stop is like pepsi, dat board is coke (older, more well known). have to call them. truck stop you need a certificate of authority to get in there. 

ELD- electronic device. how willing are they to get. they know that they have to give that information to us, more common. EOD access is more trusted. more details, how fast, how hard they broke. Where is my load? 

recommend not doing partial load, not full load. last load has to go first. its lucrative but recipe for disaster if you mess it up, especially beinga  new dispatcher. 

Youtube videos offer 30 days free on the DAT board. Trailer exceed weight amount. how common is it for companies 

dryvan or refeer not common. for 

$5 a mile for 500 miles.

go about getting fuel cards? factoring companies offer fuel cards at times, because they want to keep them using their company. you have to pre load a load to it then. every monday they are going to take that money from the carrier.

Aye big shout out to Amir if you don’t have the bread to pay somebody to run your email campaign and you dedicated to do it yourself their is a excel/outlook program through a guy on fiverr that you can purchase and do your own email campaigns 💪🏾

Godaddy, 800 as low as $10 a month.  i postal does 800 numbers as well.
