You don't need proof of income to get credit but you SHOULD HAVE BOTH.


Real estate is what is going to create that long term wealth. 


Credit repair- no one is going to lend you money if you owe other people money. BASICS, make sense. I feel like there is a bible course on this.

I never built business credit and got 500k in business funding. 

need

- no collections, 680 plus score. 3-5 credit card in your name with installment account. 2 or less inquiries in your credit bureau. 

- 2 year history minimum. ( can use trade line to help this history)


** you still need to get to go through the steps. don't worry about 700 score with a trade line (started with 400) . build your credit the right way in order to get funding.**

Today

 Today I reached happiness I walked out of work and walked Just walked for lunch break didnt feel pressure to eat. Ate after work, a dinner of drunk noodle Parts of my life that need to be organized: what to eat, weight to lose. I have moved to a new place that offers so many things: gym in front (cant quite afford yet) and bakeries and walk to school even though we did it only once on Monday now my son is off for a week. I'm draggin my feet into this job for bank, cannot imagine myself doing that. I also keep saying I applied for housing when I didnt. I think i find it easier to lie than to tell the truth: my dreams are way way bigger than this town. I rather not even do it.
