 I usually hit my numbers before lunch. then the rest of the day is mine. 


Already at home, don't have to drive back to see your family. 


On the first, I get paid whether the last month was good or bad month.


what it can look like: 1k, 2k, 4k. on the 1st and 15th of the month. 


Shariff- dada was in RE. 


when was selling in real estate, moved out at 20 years old. he had 3am overnight shift at warehouse.


3am to 8am. then try and sell real estate. running on very low sleep. 


he realized he wasn't going to close his way out of this. you can only do so much work. only so much time in the day. only so much energy you have in the day. 


STRUCTURE that he had. making shift into an industry where the same skill got paid completely differently.


some type of base salary, if he didn't make the sale he could still get paid. then he found remote tech sales. he had a in office sales job. he didn't know how it worked. sent 300 applications. spent 6 months before one of the companies said yes. 

50k base plus commission. shipped MacBook pro for free with the base salary. 


once I was in, everything he did was the hard map.


Nakami got 4 roles made 240k base. 


RIGHT TYPE OF SALES

-The one you pick is everything. 


Remote tech sales. hard to get. 3 rounds of interviews to get the offer. 

the company buys the list, hands you the tools. 


Quality of offers that you get and the level of pay that you get. and how quickly you get your offer, 


If you have a sales background its way easier if you have no experience. you have one remote job for a couple of months then you look into job stacking. once they pick something up, they can sell salt to a snail. 


maybe you start at 50k then 75k, then 86k. 


average retention on software industry has great retention.

the client is worth 20x the sale so they can afford to pay you up front to keep you.

SDR- books the meetings. via calls, emails or linkedin


AE- runs the meeting and closes them.


CSM- keeps the relationship healthy and grows the account


-have to be the decision maker and show up to the meeting.

 Mix- not everybody mixes alone, its good when its 3, its talking about the person who is not there. stresses -sleep in airbed -when she went out, hubbi kept asking her stuff on phone -hurt in past in relationships with women taht she's worked harder in relationships with women and get hurt more than relationships with men HE THINKS YO NO HAGO MIERDA (no respect thing) his parents want to watch her daughter and she -baby wants to protect mommi when they fight. -deje con pai, she's in tears. she cant trust him with her.  GUILTY OF leaving her, time for self.
