I tell people all the time, it's actually easier to become a 6 figure professional speaker than you think. That's just 8400 dollars a month. That's just 2 gigs at $4200 dollars. And the average speaker that speaks for elementary, middle school or high school gets between 2500 and 5,000 dollars per gig. And that's with little to no experience. You ain't big time, You don't got a big brand like that. That's just an average thing. 

So when I talk to people and they say: 

I want to be a professional speaker,  I want to help share my message. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME? 

I'm like yeah. But it really goes down to you believe? Do you believe its possible for you? Do you believe you have a story and a message worthy of sharing it? Do you believe you are an expert in your field?

I tell people all the time, You may not be an expert when it comes to science,  or you may not be an expert when it comes to nutrition. BUT YOU ARE AN EXPERT WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR PAIN. No one can tell you how you should feel. You were the one that was molested.

You are the one....that your house went through foreclosure, you were the one that got diagnosed with cancer, you were the one that saw your loved one get murdered, you was the one that went through that pain, you are the one that went through divorce. YOU WERE THE ONE THAT HAD TO FAIL OVER AND OVER AGAIN. You were the one that had to overcome addiction.

THERE IS A PURPOSE FOR YOUR PAIN. 

People don't always see that. People say "I went through so much." I do the training.  I ASK PEOPLE: How many of you have been abandoned? How many of you have been betrayed? how many of you have been miserable?. How many of you have been broken? YOU BODY BROKE, bank account broke? Your spirit broke? 

You realize how powerful you are? After all you have gone through, all that you have experienced, there is so much power and greatness inside of you because YOU ARE STILL HERE.  You didnt quit, you didnt surrended. You survived. 

NOW PEOPLE WILL PAY YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT RESILIENCY. 

So they pay me top dollar 30,40 thousand dollars to step on stage and speak and share my heart. This is stuff I would do for free. 

I got one gig, they paid me 55,000 dollars for 30,40 minutes on stage. I would gave that message, done for free.

NEO- So is it like everybody gotta develop your signature speech. So, how am I finding the clients to pay me for this? Am I presenting the same thing to everybody?

Jeremy Anderson: THE POWER OF YOUR STORY. You only need to have one signature message. 

I look at that like a tree trunk, the foundation of your message. Then you can add on the branches and other things later but you  need to have your foundational message of what you have gone through, what you overcome, what you experienced,  how you made it over and give the people 4-5 principles of what they can do to what apply that information to change their lives.

1. You got a story, you have a message

2. People need to hear it

3. They will pay top dollar for your message and your story.
