I was successful because I didn't know that I shouldn't have been. in his book.
am I being too subtle. I shouldn't have asked for a loan. I had no idea how to run an RV park.
first 6 months I slept in the office. 18,500 was first payment. 10k was first electric bill.
mindset shift. built a portfolio of cash flowing properties.
why do you think I need more electric bills? close the door, the electric is gonna be high.
more electric bill means more campers, more profit, more people plugged into my power.

8 months pregnant, I find out he's having an affair. I was devastated. I prayed, God one man that doesn't treat me this way. how the heck am I gonna raise 3 kids under 5 and run a business.

I just don't know what I was doing at the time. that RV park is now worth 13 million dollars. i'm telling you the story so you can know that I had no money, no rich parents, and stop this limiting belief in your head that you can do this.
I spent 14 years getting really great at this. doing systems to create cash flow. then podcast, and people started asking me for help.. they wanted the results and didn't want to go through the 14 years. x
